- Display the entry screen
- The entry screen is displayed by clicking the pencil icon in the lower right of the screen.
- Determine the entry date
- You can adjust the target bar to the correct date.
- Data entry
- Click the (+) button.
- Display the sleep time entry field
- The entry field for sleep time is displayed.
- Enter the sleep time
- Tap the sleep time and edit the time.
Click the (✓) to complete the entry.
- Entry Complete
- Tap the meter button in the lower right corner to return to the meter screen.
