- Display the entry screen
- The entry screen is displayed by clicking the pencil icon in the lower right of the screen.
- Determine the entry time
- You can adjust the target bar to the correct time position.
- Data entry
- click the (+) button.
- Display the meal entry field
- The entry field for meals is displayed.
- Enter meals
- Click the portion of the meal or enter calories. (The normal portion is automatically inferred from your weight. Change the number, if necessary.)
- Click the (✓) to complete the entry.
- Entry complete
- Tap the meter button in the lower right corner to return to the meter screen.
