Heart rate

LED display

Currently detecting heart rate.

Pulsense will vibrate five times when your heart rate cannot be detected after one minute.

LED display

Heart rate detection is complete.

Pulsense will quickly vibrate two times upon HR detection.

LED display

Three minutes have passed since the last heart rate detection.

Short vibrations are repeated five times.

LED display

Due to low temperatures, your heart rate has not been detected for three minutes.

Five short vibrations are repeated five times.

Target zone

LED display

When tapped, Pulsense will indicate that your current heart rate is below the zone.

LED display

Your heart rate has fallen below the target zone during exercise.

LED display

You are exercising at an intensity where your current heart rate is between 0 - 24% of your maximum.

You are exercising at an intensity where your current heart rate is between 25 - 49% of your maximum.

You are exercising at an intensity where your current heart rate is between 50 - 69% of your maximum.

When removed from the cradle and its mode is changed from flight mode to standard, Pulsense will light up sequentially as shown in the figure to the left.

Flight mode

1 Please remove the device from the cradle and wait.

2 Continuously tap the upper part of device 7–8 times
(continuously tap lightly with your finger).

3 After the LED lamp blinks like below, the light will turn off and the device will enter flight mode.

When tapping the device while in flight mode, the LED lamp blinks like below, indicating that the device is in flight mode.

To leave flight mode, tap the top part of the device repeatedly.
The LED will light up as shown in the figure on the left. Tap until the LED stops lighting up. Now the device is ready for use. It will begin to detect the pulse.
