Alarm
Examines your sleep state for a given window before your alarm time. Within that window Pulsense will trigger the alarm (vibration) in a phase of shallow sleep, so it is easier to wake up.
Wake-up alarm ON/OFF
When you select ON, the vibration alert starts at an optimal sleep level before the set time.
Alarm time
Set the alarm time for the latest possible time you can wake up.
Repeat setting
Allows you to set a daily alarm.
Window time
Set up the time range to wake-up before the alarm time.

For example, alarm time is 7:00 AM and the window time is set to 30 minutes, the alarm is triggered when shallow sleep is identified between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM.
