Cannot register with Sensing Service

  • When the message "Your ID has already been registered in the initial registration" is displayed,
    your ID may be already registered. Click Forgot your password?
    and check if you can receive an e-mail.
  • If you cannot enter your password:
    Check that your password is eight alphanumeric characters or more.
  • If you have already registered a "Sensing ID" with other Epson products, you can log in with the same ID and password.
