Description of average exercise time

This graph displays the statistical results of all PULSENSE users over a period of time. The horizontal axis represents the exercise time spent within the fat burning zone per day, and the height of the vertical bar represents the percentage of users. For example, the height of the bar graph between 10 and 20 minutes represents the percentage of people who on average did between 10 and 20 minutes of exercise beyond the fat burning zone.

You can categorise the statistical data by gender or age group by using the pull-down menu. This allows you to refer to the statistical data of people of the same gender and age group as yourself.
The curve that is displayed faintly in the background of the bar graph represents the overall statistical values across all genders and age groups.

You can view the target exercise time that you should spend within the fat burning zone by going to Settings > Target Settings > Advice > Fat Burning Zone per Day on PULSENSE View.
This value is calculated automatically based on your age, current weight, target weight, target period of time, as well as your daily pulse rate.
You can use the sliding bar at the top of the Advice screen to change the balance between your calorie intake and the number of calories used per type of exercise. This changes the target exercise time that you should aim to spend within the fat burning zone.
