What is the real-time meter?

The real-time meter displays the current heart rate to indicate the level of exercise intensity based on the heart rate.

Meter

HRmax 100%

The maximum heart rate calculated based on age is set at 100%.

HRrest 0%

The heart rate when you are at rest is set at 0%.

Meter

Current heart rate (updated every four seconds)

Heart rate zone

Warm-up exercise

Warm-up exercise

The heart rate zone at the time of warm-up exercise or cool-down.
Before exercising, do some stretching to prevent injuries.

FAT BURNING

FAT BURNING

The zone where the fat burning efficiency is high when you are exercising. Be more aware of your walking speed than usual, and aim to achieve this level when you walk every day.

AEROBIC

AEROBIC

This exercise intensity raises the cardio-respiratory function and increases endurance-type muscles, improving aerobic capacity (stamina) for long-time exercise.

ANAEROBIC

ANAEROBIC

This exercise intensity promotes the strengthening of muscles and the heart, improving your running speed.

MAXIMUM

MAXIMUM

This is the maximum exercise intensity. You need to be careful not to accumulate fatigue due to excessive training and to avoid injuries.
This exercise intensity improves your instantaneous force and power.

Counter monitor

Pressing the Start button displays the heart rate every four seconds consecutively in graph format.
The device also displays the measurement time from the start, average heart rate, and calories burned.
Pressing the Stop button stops displaying the values, and pressing the Start button again starts counting after resetting all the values.
