Calories
The sum of calories burned and consumed.
Meter
Number on the meter
The difference between the calories consumed and burned is indicated.
A negative number is displayed when the calories burned is greater than calories consumed.
Inactive calories.
Calories burned when you are not exercising.
Inactive calories consist mostly of calories burned from normal metabolism and low level activity.
Active calories
Calories burned during exercise.
Graph
Display by time period
Summary data can be shown by day, week or month.
Graph explained
Calories burned are displayed above the center line, calories consumed are displayed below the line.
The horizontal axis displays a period of data, as shown below:
Day: Data by hour
Week: Data by day
Month: Data by day
Checking past data
Past data can be displayed by either swiping the graph left/right or tapping the arrow next to the date on the bar at the top of the display.
